Terms of Service
Last updated: 5/30/2026
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and ClientRadar (“ClientRadar”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or otherwise using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you are using ClientRadar on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. Description of service
ClientRadar is a business discovery, web-presence analysis, and opportunity research platform built for freelancers and agencies. The service helps you:
- Discover local businesses through public sources such as Google Maps.
- Analyse the digital footprint, website quality, and visibility of those businesses.
- Score opportunities and organise prospects in a lightweight pipeline.
- Draft personalised outreach messages for your own manual review and sending.
ClientRadar is not a bulk outreach, mass-email, cold-call automation, or spam tool. The platform is intentionally designed for considered, relationship-based prospecting.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use ClientRadar. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your credentials.
4. Acceptable use
When using ClientRadar, you agree that you will not:
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or otherwise harass businesses surfaced through the platform.
- Resell, redistribute, or republish search results in bulk without our written permission.
- Scrape, copy, or systematically extract data from the platform outside of the features we provide.
- Attempt to bypass plan limits, including by creating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or using automation to inflate usage.
- Misuse the AI drafting assistant to generate misleading, defamatory, illegal, or hateful content.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the service's security or normal operation.
- Use the service in violation of applicable anti-spam, privacy, marketing, or other laws (including but not limited to GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, and PECR).
5. Plans, usage limits and fair use
Each plan includes a daily and monthly search allowance, plus feature limits described on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Daily limits reset at midnight UTC; monthly limits reset on the first of each calendar month. We reserve the right to apply reasonable rate limiting or temporarily throttle requests that we believe place undue load on the platform or third-party APIs.
6. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
- Paid plans are sold on a recurring monthly (or annual, where offered) basis and automatically renew until cancelled.
- Billing is handled by our payment provider. Charges appear on your statement under our merchant name.
- You can cancel any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain paid features until then.
- We may change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable advance notice; changes never apply retroactively to periods you have already paid for.
- Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.
7. AI-assisted features
ClientRadar includes AI-powered features such as the drafting assistant. Generated content is provided as a starting point and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-assisted output before sending or publishing it.
8. Data accuracy and no guarantee of results
Business data is sourced from third-party providers (primarily Google Maps) and is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. ClientRadar is a discovery and research tool — we make no representation or guarantee that any business surfaced through the platform will respond to outreach, become a paying client, or be a good fit for your services.
9. Service availability
We aim to keep ClientRadar available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. From time to time we may need to perform maintenance, deploy updates, or modify or discontinue features. Where reasonably possible we will provide advance notice of significant changes.
10. Intellectual property
ClientRadar, including its software, branding, design, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of any content you create within the platform, such as notes and draft messages.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClientRadar and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 50.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold ClientRadar harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or create risk for us or other users. You may close your account at any time from the settings page or by contacting us. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnity) will continue to apply.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ClientRadar is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where local consumer law grants you a non-waivable right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
